Originally from Belgium, our parents fell in love with Dénia — the sunshine, the lifestyle, the warm and welcoming people — and decided to make it home.

Our mom, Kristin, has a true gift for hosting. She puts her heart into every detail, from the thoughtful decor to making sure guests feel completely relaxed and cared for. Our dad, Johan, a lifelong lover of design and architecture, brought his vision to life in these beautifully built homes — every line and layout designed with intention.

Together, they’ve created Masita, Housita and Finca Bonna Terra: two coastal gems and a farmhouse in the middle of the orange fields, filled with light, love, and that little something special.
